You can modify and/or cancel the day of travel or modify the destination of your trip online, by contacting our call centre or by visiting our sales offices and partner travel agents.
Modifying flights operated by Fly Jinnah (Domestic flights):

- For group bookings, modification and cancellation charges may vary. Please contact your issuing agency.
- Fly Jinnah does not have a refund policy once the booking is paid for. On cancellation, Fly Jinnah will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.
- If you have purchased Flexi or booked Extra fare, you will be able to modify your booking once upto 6 hours prior to flight departure without a modification charge, only fare difference applies, or cancel your booking without a cancellation fee, up to 6 hours
- Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional tickets, free gifted.
